Options and Conditions
All room prices include Superior Halfboard, are per person and day, including taxes and duties, but excluding local tax.
- Discounts of € 6 per person per day are available for 14-day stays.
- Double room for single use: € 50 per day
- Surcharge for arrivals on Monday during peak and high season: € 50 per person
- Full board supplement: € 19
- Discount for room with breakfast only: € 10
- Dog: € 20 per day (excl. food)
- We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee of up to € 200 due to excessive odours or filthy conditions.
Cancellation conditions
In terms of cancellation, we follow the guidelines of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce:
- Up to 1 month before the arrival date, we charge 40% of the total agreed price;
- 70% from the total agreed price up to 1 week before the day of arrival;
- 90% from the total agreed price in the last week before the arrival day.
- For cancellations without prior notice (No Show), we charge 100% as your room will remain ready for you for the entire booking period.
For just 30 EUR per person/full-paying guest, the Post am See Travel Cancellation Insurance protects you against all inconveniences and is arranged along with your booking. Please transfer the insurance fee immediately after receiving the reservation confirmation to the account listed below or pay the amount directly by credit card. Your travel insurance will be activated upon receipt of payment.
More wellness, more enjoyment ...
- SPA use on departure day: Extend your wellness stay until 5 pm, including a wellness snack for just €25 per person.
- Day Room: Extend your stay until 8 pm on the day of departure for €80 per person including evening menu. This, of course, includes the use of our Vitarena Panorama SPA.
Discount for children in parents' room
- Free up to age 5
- From 6 to 14 years we charge € 85.00 fixed price - in their parents' room - one child per adult.
- From the age of 14, children sharing their parents' room receive a 20% discount.
