Georg Christoph Lichtenberg is quoted as saying: “I can’t guarantee that different is better. But I do know that to be better, things have to be different.” After some downtime, this sentiment has served to guide us on a new path at the Hotel Post am See since 2016.
This peace of mind will continue to serve us as we constantly strive for improvement. New ideas are constantly stemming from our daily local interactions as well as inspirations from around the world. Design is important to us, but factors such as sustainability, ecological and economic responsibility also play major roles as well.
Our focus is on active enjoyment. When it comes to cuisine, we don’t limit our horizons to Europe alone. Naturally, we pay close attention to regional purchasing and excellent quality. But it is our openness to taste trends and above all the joy of experimentation that makes eating with us a joy.
Good wine is, of course, a key part of the equation... so too is delicious coffee. A relaxed digestif or an aperitif to start, a relaxed atmosphere and the energy that stems from the PostBar... We take our time in walking the right path for us. We find great joy in surprises, the comforts of the tried and tested, as well as ideas for fine enjoyment at the Hotel Post am See that are unique in Tyrol.
